During the period from the last issue of our newspaper material assistance was rendered by us to Vadim Ivanov, Igor Danilov, Igor Fedorovich, Yan Mavlevich. Parcels with literature were directed to Eugene Nazarov, Oleg Alexeev, Ilya Romanov. Funds were also allocated to cure Mikhail Beketov; to construction of a gravestone for the former political prisoner Viacheslav Lunev who had come to his tragic end in that year.

 Impertinent social activists are disliked in Khimki. Khimki law-enforcement authorities regularly detained Artem Buslaev (RCYL(B)) for 15 days. They initiated a criminal case against Volodar Koganitsky (VRY). Their colleagues, law-enforcement officers in private clothes, put fire from outside to the flat door of Ludmila Ivanovna Selina (Initiative group for defense of Khimki forest).

In a normal legal state, if an organization commits a terror act it is considered a terrorist one. Under authority of a court decision. And later participation in such an organization having committed a crime is considered criminal. But it is quite opposite oin Russia. An organization having committed NO terror act for all its history, having taken responsibility for NO crime of violent character, is considered terrorist bu the Supreme Court of RF. The orphanage was eliminated because, on respectable burghers’ opinion, it had spoiled appearance and reputation of the district.
