A quotation from I.E.Romanov’s application to the General Prosecutor of Ukraine
There are some other circumstances unrevealed by the investigation which crave additional investigation of the case No.144. They lie in the fact that I was behind my counterparts in my growth and physical development in my childhood as well as in mental development until certain age (I got only grades “3” and “2” until the 4th form and was even supposed to move to a school for mentally challenged children). At the age of 12 it occured to me that in fact I was not a human being but belonged to another biological species. First I supposed I was a lancelet (as is known in biology there are such predecessors of fish) and was afraid of turning into a lancelet but not a human being as a result of my further development. Later I camr to a conclusion that nonetheless I was a human being, at least judging from my appearance, but had a different biological organization from other people. For example I knew that all people had so-called “grey matter” in their brain-cortex, but I seemed to have “blue matter” (blue copperas) instead of it. Soon after (I was near 13 years old) I was assured that I had been designed and created by representatives of an alien civilization. For example when apparently mice scrabbled in the room I was sure that not aliens did it and they were going to establish contact with me. Until the age of 28 I was permanently awaiting for a contact with aliens and even took some actions to establish it. For example, in 1990 I visited the Tepe Carmen mountain near Bakhchisarai (the place of supposed UFO landing) but found there no trace of alien beings.
In December 1993 I have decided to sell my soul to the Devil. I have taken a number of sacral mystic actions in this purpose. I estimated that the Devil having purchased my soul would give me luck in my life because up to that time I had failed either to get a systemic education or to build up a family. Afterwards I began to feel some outside force to guide all the events of my life. Later I realized that in fact that force was not the Devil (as soon as neither God nor Devil exist) but the Space Intelligence (perhaps of alien origin). The Space Intelligence uses the phantoms (chimeras) of God and Devil in order to lead the humanity to the correct pathway of development.
It was the Space Intelligence who advised me self-preservation, that’s why I agreed to take upon me the explosion occured in Kiev near the Security Service of Ukraine building on October, 21 (as is obvious from the case files in fact it was an assassination attempt against the Security Service of Ukraine Central Staff colonel I.V.Konovalov whom I bear no relation to; perhaps it was organized by Konovalov’s ill-wishes among the Security Service of Ukraine Central Staff officers themselves).
